Policy Number – Add to Cover Letter

Tired of getting emails and calls from customers like this?

“I’m trying to register at Allstate.com but I don’t know what my Policy number is?”

That’s why we added the “Policy Number” feature to the cover letter so that onboarding customer is INSANLEY EASIER for you and your team.

To add the Policy Number to the cover letter just do one of these two options (must be Admin):

Option 1 – Already using the Default Cover Letters

• Click this link to edit your cover letters https://agencyzoom.com/option/template/welcome
• Click the Reset to Default button

• Do this for the Existing Customers Cover Letter as well
• ALL DONE!

Option 2 – Customized Cover Letters

• Click this link to edit your cover letters https://agencyzoom.com/option/template/welcome
• Choose “Policy Number” from the placeholder dropdown box in the upper right corner
  • 
• It should look something like this when you’re done
  • 
• Do this for the Existing Customers Cover Letter as well
• ALL DONE!
